You will work closely with educators, families, external organizations, and multidisciplinary specialists—including behavior technicians, speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, and educational psychologists—to foster effective communication and coordinated support.
Organize and arrange recurring meetings with key stakeholders to assess ongoing support for SEND learners.
Monitor learners’ progress meticulously and maintain accurate documentation, including Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), progress reports, intervention trackers, and other essential records.
Ensure a secure and health-conscious environment while strictly adhering to safeguarding protocols and procedures.
Seeking a highly motivated individual with a minimum of five years of experience in a related field, preferably holding a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable discipline. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Proficiency in multiple programming languages, frameworks, and tools is essential, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions. Prior experience in a leadership or mentorship role is advantageous but not mandatory.
Holds a Bachelor of Education degree with a specialization in Special Education.
