We are in search of a proficient and dependable Drone Pilot to strengthen our cleaning services team. The ideal candidate will operate drones equipped with specialized cleaning tools to execute a range of cleaning assignments, including high-pressure washing of buildings and structures, window cleaning, roof cleaning, facade cleaning, as well as other pertinent cleaning tasks.
Please be advised that although this position is posted in conjunction with Venus Finance, the individual selected will be hired and perform duties in collaboration with Diamond Shine Cleaning Company.
Oversee and execute key responsibilities encompassing strategic planning, team leadership, and operational management to drive organizational success. Serve as the primary point of contact for critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data trends, and implement solutions to optimize efficiency and productivity. Develop and mentor team members, cultivating a high-performance culture through clear communication, constructive feedback, and professional development opportunities. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, policies, and standards while mitigating risks and addressing challenges proactively.
Safely and efficiently pilot unmanned aerial vehicles to ensure smooth and compliant operations at all times.
Develop and oversee cleaning initiatives, ensuring thorough execution and adherence to standards.
Ensure stringent adherence to quality control standards while maintaining meticulous attention to detail throughout all processes.
Oversee the upkeep and functionality of drone systems and associated cleaning instruments.
Perform duties at elevated positions and adapt to diverse weather environments.
Work collaboratively with team members to facilitate the successful delivery of projects.
Requirements:
Proficiency in operating drones and delivering cleaning services is required.
Proficiency in various cleaning methodologies and the proper operation of cleaning machinery is required.
Proficient in operating in elevated and restricted environments.
Possesses exceptional precision and a steadfast commitment to maintaining high standards in quality assurance. Demonstrates meticulousness in reviewing processes and deliverables to ensure accuracy and excellence. Requires a rigorous approach to identifying discrepancies and upholding stringent quality benchmarks throughout all tasks.
Effective interpersonal communication and collaborative teamwork abilities are essential for this role.
The position offers a monthly compensation package of NGN150,000, inclusive of all benefits and allowances as applicable.
