We are looking for a proficient and dependable Drone Pilot to support our cleaning services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating drones fitted with specialized cleaning equipment to carry out an array of cleaning duties, including high-pressure washing of buildings and structures, window cleaning, roof cleaning, facade cleaning, and other related cleaning activities.

Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently operate drones to ensure optimal performance and adherence to all regulatory standards.
Develop and carry out comprehensive cleaning initiatives with precision and efficiency.
Ensure rigorous quality control measures and meticulous attention to detail are maintained throughout all processes to uphold high standards and accuracy.
Ensure the proper upkeep and functionality of drone systems and associated cleaning apparatus.
Perform duties at elevated levels and endure diverse weather environments.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to guarantee the successful completion of projects.
Seeking candidates with a minimum of five years of experience in a similar role, along with proficiency in industry-standard software and tools. The ideal applicant must demonstrate strong analytical skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential, as the position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is required, and relevant certifications are a plus.
