We are in search of a skilled, forward-thinking, and student-centered Business Studies & EVE Teacher to enhance our secondary school faculty. The ideal candidate will instruct dynamic lessons in Business Studies and National Values Education (EVE), fostering students’ intellectual growth, ethical understanding, and overall personal development.

Oversee a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and team leadership to ensure organizational objectives are met. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive project milestones, monitor performance metrics, and implement process improvements. Maintain accountability for budget adherence, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication to foster transparency and alignment with company goals. Additionally, mentor team members, assess individual contributions, and cultivate a high-performance culture through ongoing feedback and professional development initiatives.

Deliver instructional sessions in alignment with established teaching schemes, lesson plans, and institutional policies.

Employ innovative, student-centered instructional strategies to deliver engaging lessons in Business Studies and National Values Education, ensuring contemporary and impactful teaching approaches.

Craft comprehensive lesson notes, design engaging assignments and class activities, and develop rigorous tests and examination materials that align with established curriculum standards.

Oversee students’ academic development and evaluate the impact and comprehensiveness of instructional strategies and teaching plans through constructive feedback.

Identify students who require specialized learning support and collaborate with the Remedial Teacher to devise tailored intervention plans.

Ensure classroom discipline is upheld by enforcing approved corrective measures for minor infractions and immediately notifying the Sectional Head of any significant disciplinary concerns.

Deliver compassionate pastoral care while fostering the holistic growth—academic, social, moral, and emotional—of students.

Evaluate students’ classwork, tests, projects, assignments, and examinations with precision and efficiency, ensuring timely feedback and grading.

Consistently track and document students’ academic progress, behavioral patterns, and overall accomplishments to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Build and sustain clear, professional relationships with parents or guardians to ensure timely and comprehensive updates on students’ academic progress and overall well-being.

Foster a collaborative and supportive learning environment, encouraging teamwork and positive interactions throughout the school community.

Attend and contribute meaningfully to staff meetings, school events, training sessions, and extracurricular programs.

Seeking a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills and at least three years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication abilities, proficiency in data analysis tools, and a proven track record in project management. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, developing strategic initiatives, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Familiarity with industry-specific software and adherence to compliance standards are essential. Additional requirements encompass a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and the ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.

A bachelor’s degree in Business Education, Economics, Educational Management, Social Studies, or a closely related field is required.

Professional Rewriting:

Holding TRCN certification is considered an additional merit.

With a minimum of three years of secondary school teaching experience, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in education.
