Omni Fresh is actively expanding its decentralized cold-storage infrastructure throughout Lagos and seeks a skilled Business Development Manager to enhance occupancy rates in its chilled and frozen storage facilities.
What you’ll do
The role involves engaging with and integrating manufacturers, distributors, and importers into the existing network. This includes establishing new partnerships, facilitating smooth onboarding processes, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Secure multi-year agreements for warehouse space dedicated to storing pallets.
Develop and oversee a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth and revenue generation.
Transform market insights into actionable revenue-generating strategies with precision and strategic foresight. Leverage data-driven analysis to identify emerging trends, forecast demand, and capitalize on untapped market potential. Develop and execute initiatives that bridge gaps between customer needs and business objectives, ensuring measurable growth and competitive advantage. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align market opportunities with product development, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans while maintaining a relentless focus on profitability and scalability.
Facilitate the widespread adoption of Omni Fresh’s innovative cold-storage solutions among target markets and customer segments.
What we’re looking for:
Demonstrated success in B2B sales or business development is essential.
Proven expertise in commercial deal-making and strategic negotiation techniques is essential for this role. The ideal candidate will possess a track record of securing favorable agreements while maintaining robust business relationships.
