Job Summary

In this role as a Business Developer within Palm Pay’s Pay with Transfer team, you will be instrumental in accelerating business growth by uncovering untapped opportunities, onboarding high-quality merchants, training agents and merchants on product usage, and fostering widespread product adoption.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to oversee a range of key responsibilities that include managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating team efforts, addressing employee concerns, and fostering a productive work environment. Additionally, they will collaborate with other departments to streamline processes, prepare reports, and support organizational goals. Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting are essential for success in this role.

Market Research & Outreach: Conduct in-depth identification and strategic targeting of high-value merchants spanning multiple market sectors to promote PWT, merchant financing options, partnership opportunities, and digital payment solutions, utilizing a range of outreach methods including online directories, industry events, and referral networks.

Initiate strategic outreach to prospective clients, cultivate meaningful professional relationships, and coordinate meetings or product demonstrations to showcase the compelling advantages of integrating Palm Pay’s extensive portfolio of solutions.

We perform detailed evaluations of clients’ business operations, payment systems, and key challenges to pinpoint unique needs and obstacles, subsequently delivering customized solutions to address them.

Customized Presentations: Develop and deliver engaging presentations that effectively demonstrate Palm Pay’s services, emphasizing key features, functionalities, and projected returns on investment, specifically tailored to meet the unique needs of each merchant, including Key and High-quality merchants.

Relationship Building: Foster long-lasting connections with pivotal decision-makers at client organizations by showcasing deep expertise, unwavering reliability, and prompt responsiveness.

Negotiation and Closure: Spearhead discussions regarding pricing, contractual terms, and agreements to finalize deals successfully, guaranteeing client satisfaction while remaining compliant with organizational policies.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer support, to resolve client inquiries, provide expert technical guidance, and facilitate the smooth execution of selected services.
