As a Business Developer within Palm Pay’s Pay with Transfer team, your primary responsibility will involve spearheading business growth initiatives by uncovering new opportunities, onboarding high-quality merchants, training agents and merchants, and fostering greater product adoption.

The role encompasses a diverse range of duties designed to support key operational functions. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and facilitating cross-departmental collaboration to achieve strategic objectives. Market prospecting involves identifying and engaging key merchants across diverse market segments to promote PWT offerings, including merchant loans, strategic collaborations, and online payment solutions. This role requires leveraging multiple channels—such as online directories, industry events, and referral networks—to effectively reach and onboard prospective merchants.

Initiate strategic outreach to prospective clients, fostering meaningful relationships and arranging appointments or product demonstrations to showcase the advantages of adopting Palm Pay’s full range of services.

Perform in-depth evaluations of clients’ business operations, payment processes, and key challenges to accurately pinpoint their specific needs and obstacles, enabling the delivery of customized solutions that address their unique requirements.

Customized Presentations: Tailor Palm Pay’s services to each merchant’s specific needs, emphasizing key features, functionalities, and projected ROI for Key and High-quality merchants to deliver a compelling showcase.

Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with pivotal decision-makers in client organizations by showcasing expertise, dependability, and promptness.

We are seeking an accomplished professional to manage negotiations on pricing, terms, and agreements, spearheading efforts to finalize advantageous deals while maintaining alignment with company policies and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.

Collaborate seamlessly with internal stakeholders, including product development and customer support, to address client inquiries, provide technical expertise, and facilitate the smooth implementation of selected services.
