Job Summary

The successful applicant will be tasked with uncovering strategic business opportunities, cultivating high-quality leads, fostering enduring client connections, and accelerating revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance organizational growth, overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives. You will be tasked with analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, managing budgets and financial forecasts, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Additionally, the role involves leading project teams, fostering a culture of innovation, and serving as a liaison between senior management and employees to facilitate clear communication and alignment with business goals. Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to changing business needs are essential for success in this position.

You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating prospective clients, guiding them through the sales funnel, and ultimately converting them into loyal customers.

Forge and sustain robust client partnerships through consistent engagement and trust-building initiatives.

Craft and present compelling sales pitches and proposals to engage potential clients and drive conversions.

Achieving and exceeding established sales and revenue targets is a core responsibility of this role.

Perform comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, assess market dynamics, and evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of key competitors.

Prepare and submit periodic business development reports on a consistent basis.

Requirements

With a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in service sales or business development, candidates should demonstrate a proven track record in driving revenue growth and cultivating client relationships. Ideal applicants will bring a strategic mindset, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, along with a proven track record in negotiation and relationship management, are essential.

Demonstrates a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales objectives.

Skilled in utilizing Microsoft Office applications and a variety of digital communication platforms.

A relevant bachelor’s degree is preferred for this position.
