Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of critical duties, including but not limited to developing and implementing strategic plans, managing key projects, and ensuring adherence to organizational policies and procedures. To gain a comprehensive grasp of regional market dynamics, analyze demand patterns for leasing and asset financing solutions across the company’s portfolio, evaluate key client segments, assess economic trends, and identify overlooked growth opportunities.
Identify and map all 3-Wheeler Tricycle parks located within the designated geographical area, while documenting the corresponding Branch Chairmen and Park Chairmen associated with each location. Additionally, pinpoint and analyze major clusters of prospective clients, including individual operators, small businesses, and traders, to facilitate targeted outreach and engagement.
Orchestrate the evolution of the pipeline infrastructure by providing visionary leadership and meticulous oversight of development initiatives. Spearhead the strategic planning, execution, and continuous enhancement of pipeline processes to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and industry best practices. Foster cross-functional collaboration among stakeholders to integrate innovative technologies and methodologies, driving efficiency, scalability, and robust performance across all pipeline operations.
Identify prospective borrowers who demonstrate robust repayment ability, consistent income and expenditure patterns, and reliable guarantors.
Develop and oversee a lead generation pipeline comprising no fewer than 100 prospects, ensuring that at least 30 of these leads qualify as ‘hot,’ indicating a strong likelihood of securing financing approval.
Organize 100 prospects into hot, warm, or cold categories by evaluating their creditworthiness, financing requirements, and level of urgency.
Daily, the pipeline must be refreshed, and all essential details must be collected for every lead and guarantor, including the following information.

The loan structure comprises initial payment or deposit amounts, along with daily or weekly repayment amounts and the duration or loan period.
Loan terms and conditions encompass the contractual agreements governing the provision and repayment of borrowed funds, including details such as interest rates, repayment schedules, fees, and any associated penalties. Borrowers must adhere to these stipulations to avoid default or additional charges, while lenders rely on them to mitigate risk and ensure timely repayments. Key considerations often include the loan’s duration, collateral requirements, early repayment options, and circumstances under which modifications or defaults may occur.

Required ualifications
G Experience:
A high school completion certificate is required, with preference given to candidates possessing a diploma or degree in marketing, business, finance, or a related discipline.
2–5 years of proven track record in field sales, business development, microfinance, asset finance, or a closely related industry.
With a demonstrated track record of constructing and overseeing sales pipelines, the ideal candidate will bring expertise in developing and maintaining structured sales processes to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Adept at identifying potential clients, qualifying leads, and optimizing sales conversion processes.
Proficiency in informal, semiformal, or small-business markets is strongly preferred.
