ROLE SUMMARY

We are in search of a driven and client-centric Business Development Executive to enhance sales performance and extend our market reach across the Kano region for our Medical Consumables, Hospital Equipment & Furniture, and Patient Aids/Mobility Rehabilitation Aids offerings. The ideal candidate will focus on uncovering new business prospects, fostering client connections, showcasing products, and meeting sales objectives while maintaining outstanding customer service standards.

Oversee and execute critical operational tasks to ensure seamless business functionality, focusing on process optimization, resource allocation, and adherence to organizational standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project completion, mitigate risks, and maintain high levels of efficiency and quality across all deliverables. Monitor key performance indicators to identify trends, address inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions as needed. Serve as a liaison between departments to align objectives, foster collaboration, and enhance overall productivity. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and best practices while contributing to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

Prospect and connect with potential customers by initiating outreach through cold calling, cultivating professional relationships, securing referrals, and leveraging social selling strategies.

Promote and elucidate the features, benefits, and value propositions of the product to healthcare institutions and other prospective clients, ensuring they fully grasp its advantages and capabilities.

We forge strategic agreements by finalizing competitive pricing, shaping advantageous contract terms, and securing sales opportunities to consistently meet or surpass established performance targets.

Develop and nurture enduring, high-value customer relationships to drive satisfaction, foster loyalty, and encourage recurring business opportunities.

Remain thoroughly informed about the designated product categories while staying attuned to competitor actions and evolving market conditions.

Compile and distribute weekly and monthly sales reports, projections, and performance summaries in a timely manner.

Partner with cross-functional teams to guarantee prompt order processing and enhance customer satisfaction.

Drive market expansion efforts by uncovering and leveraging opportunities to enhance customer adoption across the entire product portfolio.
