The position involves overseeing key operational processes to ensure efficiency and alignment with organizational goals. This position serves a dual purpose, blending client relationship management with strategic business development. Your responsibilities will include overseeing and coordinating cryogenic transport logistics and fertility concierge services for clients across Nigeria and internationally, while simultaneously contributing to business expansion by identifying and securing new partnerships and client accounts.

Oversee and execute core responsibilities that encompass a broad spectrum of operational, strategic, and administrative tasks essential to the role. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations while maintaining high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism in all activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Prepare and present detailed reports, analyses, and recommendations to stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making and organizational growth. Act as a key point of contact for internal and external parties, fostering strong relationships built on trust, transparency, and accountability.

Coordinate and oversee the execution of cryogenic shipments, both domestically and internationally, while ensuring the seamless provision of concierge services.

Act as the main liaison for current clients, consistently delivering outstanding service to enhance their experience.

Identify, engage, and establish collaborations with new clinic partners, referral networks, and individual clients.

Facilitate the expansion of CML’s footprint throughout Nigeria and extend its reach to additional markets.

Maintain precise documentation and ensure seamless communication among internal teams and external partners.

Visit clients and partners as required, both within the country and abroad, to conduct essential meetings and strengthen professional relationships.

Seeking a candidate with a minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role, proficient in project management methodologies, and holding a degree in Business Administration or a related field. Ideal applicants must demonstrate strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools, along with a commitment to continuous professional development, is essential. The position requires a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget while adhering to quality standards.

A bachelor’s degree in any related discipline is required, with a preference for candidates holding qualifications in healthcare or a closely aligned field.

Seeking candidates with 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in client-facing, sales-driven, or coordination-focused positions.

Demonstrates flexibility to undertake domestic and international travel with minimal advance notice.
