Responsibilities
Coordinate domestic and international cryogenic shipments while overseeing the delivery of concierge services.
Act as the main liaison for current clients, consistently delivering outstanding service throughout their engagement.
Identify, engage, and establish partnerships with new clinic partners, referral networks, and individual clients to expand service reach.
Facilitate the expansion of CML’s market footprint across Nigeria and internationally, driving sustained growth and strengthening the company’s competitive position in key sectors.
Maintain precise documentation while fostering clear communication among internal teams and external collaborators.
As needed, undertake domestic and global travel to engage with clients and partners, ensuring effective communication and relationship-building across various locations.
Seeking a candidate with a minimum of three years of experience in a related field. Proficiency in specific software platforms and tools is mandatory. The ideal applicant must demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and exceptional communication skills. Education requirements include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline. Familiarity with industry standards and best practices is essential. Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment is crucial. Must be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
