Job Summary

A highly motivated and innovative Brand and Marketing Officer is sought to oversee the creation and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives, elevate brand recognition, and foster meaningful customer interactions across diverse platforms.

Oversee and uphold the integrity of the brand’s identity while elevating its visibility and recognition across every communication channel and platform.

Craft and implement compelling marketing and promotional materials tailored for both the website and social media platforms to drive audience engagement and brand visibility.

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that are meticulously aligned with the company’s objectives and brand identity.

Develop innovative concepts and strategic approaches to enhance brand recognition and foster deeper customer interaction.

Maintain uniform brand messaging across every communication channel to uphold brand integrity and coherence.

Handle customer inquiries and requests across social media channels with promptness and professionalism, ensuring timely responses to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Regularly collaborate with external brand associates, vendors, and service providers to ensure seamless communication and alignment of objectives.

Provide strategic direction for environmental branding and beautification initiatives while managing and coordinating the activities of designated vendors to ensure project success.

Devise and oversee team-building initiatives and manage all associated logistical arrangements.

Plan and oversee marketing initiatives, such as market storms and promotional campaigns, ensuring their seamless implementation and execution.

Oversee and mentor the Graphics Designer to maintain superior visual standards.
