Compensation is structured within a range of $200,000 to $300,000 annually.
A highly skilled Blow Machine Technician is needed to operate, configure, maintain, and resolve issues with blow molding machines, ensuring optimal production efficiency and downtime reduction.
Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role. Candidates must possess prior experience in project management, with a minimum of three years in a similar capacity. Proficiency in industry-standard software tools, such as Microsoft Project or Asana, is required. A bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are necessary to manage competing priorities effectively.
A recognized OND and/or Trade Test certification at Levels I, II, or III in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Maintenance, or a closely related discipline is required.
With a minimum of four to five years of practical experience in plastic manufacturing operations, candidates should possess a proven track record in the field.
Skilled in operating blow molding machines, including models from Johan, CMP, IBM (Injection Blow Molding), and John Hugh, with hands-on experience in their setup, operation, and maintenance.
Proficient in machine setup procedures, mold changeovers, troubleshooting operations, and implementing preventive maintenance protocols.
A solid grasp of quality control principles and safety protocols is essential.
Demonstrated capacity for autonomous work while consistently achieving established production goals.
