Accurately measure and batch cement, aggregates, water, and admixtures with precision to maintain consistency and quality in production processes.

Liaise with Quality Control staff to uphold established product quality standards consistently.
Track and document production activities, material usage, and equipment performance on a daily basis.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the batching plant area to ensure optimal housekeeping standards.
Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
Provide support to maintenance staff as needed during scheduled plant maintenance and repair operations.
Requires a minimum of five years of experience in a relevant field, along with proficiency in industry-standard software tools. Must demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams. Candidates should hold a degree in a related discipline and possess a proven track record of delivering high-quality results. A minimum qualification of OND, Trade Test, or an equivalent credential in Engineering or a related discipline is required.
