Conduct both scheduled and unannounced audits at fueling facilities to ensure compliance and operational integrity.

Ensure daily verification of sales records, cash receipts, point-of-sale transactions, and bank deposits.

Accurate reconciliation of fuel sales data is required, cross-referencing pump readings, tank dips, and stock records to ensure seamless alignment and precision.

Maintain accurate records of all station transactions and relevant supporting documentation.

Examine and analyze inconsistencies, deficiencies, and deviations in sales or inventory to identify root causes and resolve discrepancies.

Conduct thorough inventory and asset verification processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of company records.

Oversee the tracking and verification of fuel inventory, including PMS, AGO, DPK, lubricants, and other related materials.
