Reverse Aesthetics is looking for a skilled and seasoned Aesthetics Doctor to strengthen our expanding team in Lagos and Abuja.
The sought-after candidate must demonstrate practical proficiency in aesthetic and wellness treatments, possess exceptional patient care capabilities, and exhibit a comprehensive grasp of contemporary non-surgical cosmetic procedures.
Manages key operational functions to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to established protocols. Oversees daily activities to maintain efficiency and productivity, identifying opportunities for process improvements. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align objectives and drive collective success. Ensures compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards. Monitors performance metrics to assess outcomes and implement corrective actions when necessary. Provides guidance and support to team members to enhance skill development and job satisfaction. Participates in strategic planning sessions to contribute insights and foster long-term organizational growth.
Provide consultations to patients to assess their aesthetic treatment needs and offer personalized recommendations for suitable procedures.
Deliver a range of non-surgical aesthetic treatments, including Botox injections, dermal fillers, advanced skin therapies, weight loss solutions, and additional cosmetic procedures, to enhance patient satisfaction and achieve desired outcomes.
Oversee patient care and ensure accurate documentation in medical records.
Maintain rigorous adherence to hygiene protocols, safety regulations, and professional conduct to uphold the highest standards.
Educate clients regarding their treatment plans and recommend suitable aftercare strategies to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
Collaborate effectively with the clinical team to ensure outstanding client satisfaction and service excellence.
Seeking a candidate with a minimum of five years of experience in a related field, proficient in project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum. The ideal applicant must possess strong analytical skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a keen attention to detail. Additionally, expertise in data analysis and reporting, along with familiarity with relevant software tools, is required. Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent work experience is necessary. Effective communication and collaboration skills are essential to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
MBLS or another recognized medical qualification is required.
Holding a current, unrestricted medical license is a fundamental requirement for this role.
A minimum of two years of professional experience in aesthetics or cosmetic medicine is required.
Proficiency in injectable techniques and non-surgical aesthetic procedures is essential.
Exceptional aptitude for conveying information clearly and fostering productive relationships is essential. Proficiency in engaging with diverse stakeholders, both verbally and in writing, is required to ensure seamless collaboration and understanding. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to adapt communication styles to various audiences while maintaining professionalism and clarity in all interactions.

Compensation is structured within the range of ₦400,000 to ₦500,000 per month.
