Job Summary

The Advantage Connect Team Lead will oversee the expansion and optimization of the company’s distribution model by spearheading product strategy, enhancing sales performance, fostering partner engagement, and ensuring flawless execution across franchise networks and sales teams.

Oversee the complete product lifecycle, guiding products meticulously from initial design through to final launch.

Craft compelling product positioning strategies and articulate clear messaging frameworks to effectively communicate the value proposition.

Analyze market trends and evaluate competitor actions to identify opportunities and potential threats.

Responsible for overseeing and executing sales strategies, as well as managing distribution channels to ensure product availability and market reach.

Recruit, onboard, and provide training for Life Planners and their partners to ensure alignment with organizational standards and objectives.

Design, develop, and manage hierarchical distribution networks spanning multiple tiers.

Track sales performance diligently and verify that revenue objectives are consistently met.

Develop and implement incentive and bonus programs aimed at enhancing employee productivity.

Stakeholder and Partner Oversight: Facilitating productive relationships with key stakeholders and partners to ensure alignment, collaboration, and mutual success.
