Our client, a leading provider of hospitality technology solutions, is in search of an on-site Operations Assistant to facilitate seamless day-to-day operations, maintain efficient workflows, and ensure team alignment and productivity.

What you will do:

Oversee daily operational workflows while monitoring progress across teams.

Investigate operational challenges, escalations, and service discrepancies, implementing corrective measures to restore optimal performance and ensure seamless functionality.

Identify process inefficiencies and propose actionable enhancements to streamline operations.

Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure seamless operational continuity and efficiency.

Prepare operational reports and ensure the maintenance of precise records.

Assist in the implementation of operational policies and procedures to ensure adherence and efficiency.

Perform additional administrative and operational tasks as required to support departmental functions and objectives.

What we are looking for:

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a closely related discipline is required.

Proven track record with 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in operations, administrative support, or a comparable professional capacity.

Possesses excellent analytical abilities and the capacity to anticipate challenges, taking initiative to address them efficiently.

Proficiency in utilizing digital tools and CRM systems is required.

Effective articulation and meticulous organization abilities are essential.

Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently within a dynamic, high-velocity work setting.

Demonstrates strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to leverage these tools effectively for documentation, data analysis, and presentations.
