Responsibilities include coordinating and overseeing daily operations to ensure seamless workflow, managing and motivating a team of professionals to meet performance targets, developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance productivity and efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions to optimize processes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of departmental activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation, and representing the department in cross-functional meetings and external communications to align with organizational goals.

Ensure the vehicle schedule plan is meticulously monitored and promptly disseminated to all relevant parties.

Oversee the drivers to ensure each vehicle undergoes thorough cleaning and that the daily vehicle maintenance checklist is completed without fail.

Ensuring the upkeep, maintenance, and timely repairs of company vehicles while securing all required documentation in a timely manner.

Oversee facility-wide cleanliness by directing the daily operations of the cleaning staff and verifying the completion of assigned duties.

Ensure the seamless operation of all office facilities, encompassing the provision of essential supplies, electrical systems, maintenance and repair services, internet connectivity, and other critical communication functions.

Overseeing the organization and meticulous filing of all administrative company documents is essential to maintaining efficient operations and compliance.

Collaborate with the OHS coordinator to thoroughly examine all reported incidents, including near-misses and accidents.
