Craft compelling social media content and oversee digital engagement strategies to foster meaningful interactions with our audience across various platforms, ensuring brand visibility and enhancing customer loyalty through consistent, high-quality communication.

Diligently track and respond to interactions across the company’s social media platforms—including Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, and Facebook—each day to ensure timely engagement with mentions, comments, and direct messages.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of media and communications consultants against established KPIs, then prepare and submit weekly performance reports.

Serve as a primary point of contact for staff inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of concerns, and facilitating smooth HR operations through meticulous documentation and process adherence. Support talent acquisition initiatives, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding coordination, while upholding compliance with company policies and labor regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance employee engagement initiatives and contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.
