Requirements
Seeking candidates with 0 to 2 years of professional experience in administrative or office support positions.
Educationally, candidates must hold at least a Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSC) qualification.
Proficient in utilizing computers and related technologies with a strong technical aptitude and hands-on experience across various software applications, operating systems, and digital platforms to efficiently accomplish tasks and troubleshoot issues.
The candidate is required to be based in the IKEA area.

Provide support for document management tasks, including photocopying, scanning, printing, and the dispatch of documents as required.
Greet visitors courteously and guide them to the appropriate personnel or departments with efficiency and professionalism.
Perform additional administrative tasks as directed by management.
