Job Summary
We require a meticulous and approachable Front Desk/Admin Officer to oversee reception responsibilities and deliver comprehensive administrative assistance. The successful applicant will serve as the primary liaison for guests and contribute significantly to maintaining efficient office workflows.
Oversee and execute a range of critical duties including coordinating project timelines, managing team collaboration efforts, and ensuring adherence to established protocols. Additionally, the role demands proactive problem-solving to address operational challenges, maintaining open communication channels with stakeholders, and delivering high-quality results within specified deadlines.
Greet visitors warmly and provide them with courteous, knowledgeable assistance to ensure a positive first impression.
Professionally handle incoming phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries with appropriate responses and courteous communication.
Oversee the organization and coordination of schedules, appointments, and the reservation of meeting spaces.
Oversee the procurement, organization, and replenishment of essential office supplies to ensure seamless operations. Additionally, execute a wide range of administrative duties to support efficient workflow and maintain optimal workplace functionality.
Provide administrative assistance to HR and management teams by managing documentation and maintaining organized filing systems.
Maintain a neat and inviting reception area to create a positive first impression for all visitors.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration or a closely related discipline, along with an OND or HND qualification, is required.
Demonstrated success in front desk or administrative positions is required.
Aptitude for effective communication and the ability to foster positive interpersonal relationships are essential.
Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is essential for this role.
Demonstrated skill in managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a clear focus on priorities.
