Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or business administration, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in a related role. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in project management methodologies, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Additionally, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as is the capability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools is required, and prior leadership experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Obtaining the National Youth Service Corps (NYC) Discharge Certificate involves fulfilling all mandatory service obligations as mandated by the NYC scheme. Candidates must complete their one-year mandatory service, which includes primary assignment, community development service, and passing the final assessment. The certificate serves as official proof of completion and is issued by the NYC Directorate upon satisfactory fulfillment of all program requirements.
A bachelor’s degree with a minimum classification of 2:1 or an HND with a minimum of Upper Credit is required.
