Job Summary

Drives the expansion of BIC’s business within the designated Sales Area by acquiring new customers and elevating the satisfaction levels of current clients.

The primary duties and obligations associated with this role include overseeing key operational tasks, managing project timelines, and ensuring adherence to company policies while maintaining high standards of performance. Prepare and process sales orders while overseeing the timely delivery of products within designated sales territories and retail locations.

Efficiently redistributing all BIC products and ensuring comprehensive coverage of key outlets within the designated sales territories are critical responsibilities of this role.

Regularly conduct performance reviews with regional managers and customers to ensure alignment with mutually agreed-upon targets.

Formulate and implement a comprehensive coverage strategy for the assigned territory.

Explore and identify untapped sales prospects across targeted geographic territories to drive revenue growth and expand market share.

Expertly execute Sales Force Automation (SFA) initiatives and other sales-related projects with precision and efficiency.

Execute promotions flawlessly and deploy POST with precision and expertise.

Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators to evaluate operational effectiveness, monitor progress toward strategic objectives, and identify areas for enhancement, ensuring data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement across the organization.

To meet and exceed established sales targets, both in terms of volume and value, ensuring consistent growth and profitability for the organization.

Develops and executes strategic initiatives to meet coverage targets and expand the network of newly listed outlets.

We handle orders and cash collection on a recurring basis, ensuring timely processing and accurate financial reporting.

Deliver products to retail shelves with exceptional speed and ensure prominent, eye-catching placement to maximize brand visibility and consumer engagement.

Achieving robust numeric and weighted distribution levels for LSNL/BIC products within the designated region is a key responsibility.
