Job Description

Present and promote the company’s offerings to both current and potential clients, delivering compelling sales presentations to drive engagement and conversions.

Conduct comprehensive cost-benefit assessments and needs evaluations for current and prospective customers to ensure alignment with their requirements.

Establish, cultivate, and sustain strong business and customer connections to foster long-term partnerships and enhance client satisfaction.

Contact potential customers via telephone, electronic channels, social media platforms, and in-person meetings to generate and nurture business leads.

Proactively address and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner to enhance overall satisfaction levels.

Deliver agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes in accordance with the established schedule.

Collaborate with colleagues across departments to align sales initiatives and ensure cohesive team execution.

Conduct market potential assessments, monitor sales performance, and prepare comprehensive status reports for designated catchment areas.

Supply management with detailed reports encompassing customer needs, problem areas, key interests, competitor actions, and opportunities for innovative products and services.

Proficiency in identifying and adopting leading industry standards and emerging promotional strategies is essential.

Leverage feedback as a catalyst for ongoing enhancement, consistently refining approaches and processes.

Proficiency in sales methodologies and familiarity with the sales cycle and industry dynamics are highly desirable.

Exhibits unwavering honesty and ethical integrity in all professional interactions and decision-making processes.

Having a valid driver’s license and the capacity to operate a vehicle would offer an additional benefit to the role.
