We are actively seeking a qualified candidate to fill the following critical role without delay.

Supervises daily operations to ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements. Manages a team of professionals by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing constructive feedback. Develops and implements policies and procedures to enhance productivity and maintain high-quality service delivery. Collaborates with cross-functional departments to align objectives and streamline processes. Identifies opportunities for improvement and recommends solutions to optimize performance and efficiency. Maintains accurate records, prepares comprehensive reports, and presents findings to senior leadership. Ensures compliance with all legal and industry regulations while fostering a safe and inclusive work environment.

A strong candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of the business’s product portfolio, including phone accessories, electrical products, home appliances, electronics, mobile phones, and solar products, with a particular focus on their features, applications, and advantages.

Responsibilities include addressing and resolving customer complaints and concerns, as well as managing customer returns, price adjustments, and discount applications.

We play a key role in fulfilling the weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets established for the IBADAN branches.

Compile and distribute weekly sales reports to senior management for review and analysis.

Provide support to fellow team members by handling transactions as needed.

Foster strong, professional connections with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

Consistently engage with prospective clients to initiate meaningful conversations and foster lasting business relationships.

Candidates should meet the following qualifications for consideration. A minimum of five years of experience in a relevant field is essential, along with a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is required, as is the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and organizational skills are necessary to manage multiple priorities effectively. Familiarity with project management methodologies and compliance regulations is also a must. Additionally, prior leadership or supervisory experience is highly valued.

A Higher National Diploma (HND), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), Ordinary National Diploma (OND), or National Certificate of Education (NCE) in a relevant or closely related field is required.

With a minimum of four years of hands-on experience in sales and marketing, coupled with expertise in store keeping and warehouse operations, candidates are expected to demonstrate a proven track record in these areas.

Proven expertise in mobile devices, complementary accessories, solar technology, and electronic systems.

Strong proficiency in interpersonal communication is required, encompassing the ability to engage effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders through clear, concise, and professional verbal and written exchanges.

Products knowledge requirement: Candidates must possess a comprehensive understanding of our product portfolio, including features, benefits, applications, and competitive positioning. Applicants should demonstrate familiarity with product specifications, technical details, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions. Proficiency in identifying customer needs and aligning solutions with product capabilities is essential. Knowledge of product lifecycle stages, pricing strategies, and market demands is also required.

Possesses exceptional analytical and critical thinking abilities to effectively address complex challenges. Demonstrates resourcefulness in resolving issues with creative and efficient solutions.
