The Sales Representative will cultivate and maintain robust customer connections while enhancing product presence, expanding market reach, and meeting or exceeding sales objectives across Grocery, Convenience, On-Premise, Korea (Hotels, Restaurants & Cafés), E-commerce, and B2B channels.

Oversee and execute core responsibilities integral to the role, including managing project timelines, ensuring quality control, and coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and drive performance improvements. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing inquiries promptly. Drive consistent monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance to meet or exceed targets across the designated territory.

Responsibilities include identifying and securing new customers and retail locations as part of the onboarding process.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline is required.

A minimum of one to three years of sales experience within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods sector is required.

Exceptional proficiency in negotiation and a keen ability to cultivate and sustain productive relationships is essential.

Can function effectively both autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.

Proven ability to communicate effectively and build strong interpersonal relationships is essential.
