Job Description

NECK is currently seeking Examination Supervisors nationwide to uphold the integrity and fairness of national examinations, including NEE, BEE, SSC, and NGE. This short-term, examination-focused role welcomes applicants holding diplomas or degrees across all states.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties, including but not limited to strategic planning, operational oversight, and team leadership. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless project execution while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed. Serve as a key liaison between senior management and staff, fostering clear communication and alignment with organizational goals. Additionally, develop and enforce policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance productivity and compliance with industry regulations. Ensure timely reporting and documentation to track progress and support data-driven decision-making.

Oversee the administration of assessments at designated testing locations, ensuring adherence to established protocols and maintaining the integrity of examination procedures.

Maintain adherence to the established examination rules and regulations.

Ensure the confidentiality and protection of examination materials at all times.

Collaborate effectively with invigilators and key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of examination processes and address any operational concerns promptly.

Promptly report any incidents or irregularities observed to ensure timely resolution and prevent escalation.

Requirements

A National Diploma (ND), Higher National Diploma (HND), National Certificate of Education (NCE), or a Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc. or equivalent qualification) is required.

Demonstrates unwavering integrity and meticulous attention to detail in every task undertaken.

Demonstrated proficiency in overseeing and maintaining examination settings to ensure optimal conditions for assessment administration.
