The ideal candidate will design, install, test, commission, and maintain solar photovoltaic (PV) systems and electrical installations.

Prepares clear, concise reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and actionable insights to senior leadership.
Design and engineer solar photovoltaic (PV) and electrical systems tailored for residential, commercial, and industrial applications.
Perform comprehensive site surveys, evaluate load requirements, and conduct thorough feasibility studies to gather essential data and insights for project planning and implementation.
Develop detailed technical drawings, system layouts, and comprehensive project documentation to support engineering and construction initiatives.
Responsibilities include overseeing the installation, testing, and commissioning of solar and electrical systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
Conduct regular inspections, diagnose issues, and carry out necessary maintenance on installed systems.
Maintain adherence to all applicable electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards to guarantee compliance.
Create detailed technical documentation and comprehensive project reports to clearly communicate project progress, findings, and outcomes.
We seek a motivated individual with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or finance, and a minimum of three years of related experience. Proficiency in data analysis and financial software is essential, alongside strong written and verbal communication abilities. The ideal candidate must demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and the capacity to work effectively under tight deadlines. Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards is also required.
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or an equivalent discipline is required.
Seeking candidates with 1–2 years of demonstrated expertise in solar photovoltaic (PV) system design and installation, electrical system troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and comprehensive site evaluations.
Possesses extensive expertise in solar energy systems, inverters, battery technologies, and electrical distribution infrastructure.
Proficiency in AutoCAD or other relevant engineering software is considered advantageous.
Proficient in analyzing and comprehending electrical drawings and schematics with precision and clarity.
Ability to prepare comprehensive technical reports and oversee field operations is essential.
Proven ability to communicate effectively and build strong interpersonal relationships is essential.
