Oversee and execute critical duties encompassing the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources effectively, mitigate risks, and maintain high standards of quality throughout all phases of development. Monitor progress through established KPIs and performance metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders to foster transparency and accountability. Identify emerging challenges and implement corrective actions to optimize efficiency, productivity, and operational excellence. Serve as a liaison between departments to streamline communication and facilitate seamless workflows. Additionally, lead initiatives aimed at continuous improvement, leveraging data-driven insights to drive innovation and sustainable growth.

Oversee all maintenance operations throughout the mall facility to ensure efficient functionality and upkeep of common areas and tenant spaces.

Maintain optimal functionality of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure seamless operation.

Oversee the planning and execution of maintenance schedules designed for both preventive and corrective actions.

Oversee the performance and coordination of both technical personnel and external contractors to ensure project objectives are met efficiently.

Ensure adherence to established safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

Prepare comprehensive maintenance reports and allocate budgets accordingly.

We seek a motivated professional with a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the technology or engineering sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in project management tools, and the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, business administration, or engineering, is required, along with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with industry standards and compliance regulations is highly desirable, as is prior experience in leading initiatives from conception to completion.

A Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Engineering or a related technical discipline is required.

A minimum of three years of professional experience in facility management or technical operations is required.

Exceptional leadership capabilities coupled with a sharp aptitude for resolving complex issues are essential for this role.

Proficiency in building systems and maintenance methodologies is essential.
