We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to oversee and execute a range of critical tasks. Key duties include managing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, ensuring adherence to company policies, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, the role requires proficiency in data analysis, strong communication skills for liaising with stakeholders, and the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently. Develop and implement Civic Education lessons that align with established curriculum standards.
Foster a sense of civic duty, ethical principles, and national consciousness among the student body.
Evaluate students’ academic development and deliver insightful, actionable feedback to support their ongoing improvement.
Tailor instructional approaches to accommodate a variety of student learning styles and requirements.
Facilitate students’ preparation for WAEC examinations as well as internal assessments to ensure comprehensive academic readiness.
Uphold strong classroom management and discipline standards to foster an optimal learning environment.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is essential. At least three years of progressive accounting experience is required, preferably in a public accounting firm or corporate finance role. Proficiency in GAAP standards and advanced Excel skills are mandatory. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are critical for success in this position. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to interact effectively with stakeholders. Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, is highly desirable. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is expected. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy are non-negotiable requirements.
A bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Civic Education, or a comparable discipline is required.
Appropriate teaching credentials may be necessary for this position.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, along with effective classroom leadership and organization, are essential for this role.
Demonstrates a strong aptitude for inspiring and energizing students to actively participate and excel in their learning experiences.
Holding TRCN certification is considered a beneficial qualification.
