Oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives by developing and executing plans aligned with organizational objectives. REQUIREMENTS
A bachelor’s degree in Education or a related discipline is required.
Candidates with prior experience in instructional settings, including tutoring or classroom instruction, will be given preference.
Proficiency in contemporary educational technologies and innovative instructional strategies is required. Familiarity with digital learning platforms and up-to-date pedagogical approaches is essential.
Outstanding interpersonal skills, a keen imagination, demonstrated patience, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently are essential.
TRCN certification is a valuable asset for this position.
