Devise and execute strategic initiatives aimed at driving business growth while ensuring attainment of revenue and profitability targets.
Identify and acquire new business prospects across truck fleet management, logistics support services, vehicle maintenance contracts, leasing, and real estate investments, while cultivating and sustaining strong client relationships.
Develop and nurture robust connections with current and potential clients to foster long-term partnerships and business growth.
Leverage existing customer relationships to identify and capitalize on opportunities for cross-selling and upselling across all business units.
Regularly schedule and facilitate client engagement sessions to uncover potential areas for expanded business collaboration and growth opportunities.
Requirements:
A relevant degree such as a B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Transport Management, Estate Management, Engineering, or a related field, coupled with several years of professional experience, is required.
An MBA or an equivalent professional certification is highly desirable.
A demonstrated track record of at least a decade in Business Development, Corporate Sales, or Commercial Management is essential.
Preferred candidates will have prior experience in conglomerates, transportation and logistics, real estate, or heavy equipment and truck sales.
Proven expertise in cultivating revenue expansion and acquiring high-value strategic business accounts.
