Perform systematic stock reconciliation and physical inventory counts to maintain precise inventory records.
Proactively monitor inventory levels to detect and flag items that are running low, then coordinate with procurement teams or external suppliers to facilitate timely replenishment and prevent stock outs.
Greet and assist walk-in clients as well as established customers by offering detailed information regarding premix products, animal feeds, veterinary medications, and vaccines.
Offer recommendations regarding product availability and usage, providing guidance as needed to ensure optimal utilization.
Handle customer inquiries with efficiency while ensuring timely service delivery.
Establish and nurture enduring partnerships with agricultural producers, supply chain partners, and key commercial accounts to ensure mutual growth and collaboration.
Address customer concerns with a high level of professionalism, ensuring all inquiries are handled efficiently, and refer intricate or unresolved issues to the Branch Manager for further review.
Coordinate closely with sales representatives and technical staff to ensure effective customer follow-ups and accurate order fulfillment.

Ensure accurate documentation of product shelf life, batch tracking, and expiry management to maintain compliance with regulatory standards and organizational protocols.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline, is required. Additionally, a minimum of three years of experience in a customer service or technical support role is essential. Proficiency in CRM software and ticketing systems is mandatory, alongside strong communication skills for effectively addressing client inquiries. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset are also critical for success in this position.
