Job Summary

The General Manager of Operations (GMO) is responsible for delivering strategic and operational direction across all technical and business development functions, including engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services, manpower sourcing, and general compressed natural gas (CNG) retail operations.

This position manages the entire EPC project lifecycle, encompassing bidding and tender preparation through execution, commissioning, and handover, while also coordinating and supplying personnel to facilitate operations across the oil and gas upstream, midstream, and downstream sectors.

This position drives technical precision, adherence to regulatory standards, and commercial achievement.

Additionally, the GMO enhances business expansion by applying specialized technical knowledge to secure contracts and foster client connections, thereby strengthening the company’s market position.

Oversee and execute a range of critical duties essential to the role, including but not limited to managing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring adherence to organizational policies. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and drive measurable outcomes. Additionally, these operations require managing fuel dispensing equipment, conducting inspections to verify system integrity, and troubleshooting any issues that arise to maintain optimal performance. Professionals in this field must possess a thorough understanding of CNG technology, associated equipment, and applicable safety protocols to execute these tasks efficiently and securely.
