Job Summary
The General Manager of Operations (GMO) is responsible for delivering strategic and operational direction across all technical and business development functions, including engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services, manpower sourcing, and general compressed natural gas (CNG) retail operations.
This position manages the entire EPC project lifecycle, encompassing bidding and tender preparation through execution, commissioning, and handover, while also coordinating and supplying personnel to facilitate operations across the oil and gas upstream, midstream, and downstream sectors.
This position drives technical precision, adherence to regulatory standards, and commercial achievement.
Additionally, the GMO enhances business expansion by applying specialized technical knowledge to secure contracts and foster client connections, thereby strengthening the company’s market position.

Additionally, these operations require managing fuel dispensing equipment, conducting inspections to verify system integrity, and troubleshooting any issues that arise to maintain optimal performance. A bachelor’s degree in Engineering—such as Mechanical, Electrical, Petroleum, Civil, or a related field—is required. Holding a master’s degree, an MBA, or an equivalent advanced qualification is considered advantageous.
Minimum of twelve years of experience in EPC project delivery, technical operations, or within the oil and gas sector, including a minimum of five years in a senior management capacity.
Demonstrates extensive expertise in technical leadership, business development, and project acquisition within manpower supply, engineering, procurement, and construction services.
Possesses comprehensive expertise in oil and gas industry codes, standards, and regulatory frameworks, encompassing both local and international requirements.
