Seeking a candidate to fill the Human Resources department position, responsible for overseeing employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. Play a key role in enhancing HR processes through digital transformation and driving overall organizational effectiveness initiatives.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a closely related discipline is required.

Professional certification in human resources, such as CPM, CIPD, SHAM, RCI, or an equivalent credential, is required.

A minimum of seven years of professional HR experience is required, with a focus on at least three years in Talent Management, Recruitment, or Learning & Development.

We seek candidates with a demonstrated track record in performance management, talent acquisition, employee development, and engagement initiatives.

Proficient understanding of Nigerian labor laws and adherence to HR best practices are required for this role.
