Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties to ensure operational excellence, including strategic planning, team leadership, and performance optimization. Develop and implement detailed Agricultural Science curricula that align with established educational standards, ensuring engaging and effective lesson delivery for students.

Create and execute dynamic lesson plans designed to foster active learning and cultivate critical thinking skills among students.

Organize and oversee hands-on activities, agricultural initiatives, and fieldwork assignments to ensure productivity and adherence to objectives.

Incorporate technology and contemporary agricultural methodologies into educational delivery, enhancing instructional approaches for students.

Job Requirements:

Applicants must possess a minimum of five years of experience in a relevant field, along with a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is essential, while familiarity with industry-specific software is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data are required to support strategic decision-making. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively across teams. Prior leadership experience and a proven track record in project management are preferred. Additionally, knowledge of current industry trends and regulatory compliance standards is necessary to ensure operational excellence.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Science, Agricultural Education, or a closely related discipline is required.

TRCN certification is highly beneficial for candidates who possess it.

Proficient in contemporary agricultural methods and sustainable farming approaches, with a deep understanding of their applications.

Demonstrates proficiency in contemporary instructional competencies, such as fostering collaborative learning environments, leveraging digital tools effectively, encouraging innovative problem-solving, and applying rigorous analytical reasoning.

Exceptional proficiency in classroom management, communication, and organizational capabilities is required.
