Job Requirements:
Applicants must possess a minimum of five years of experience in a relevant field, along with a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is essential, while familiarity with industry-specific software is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data are required to support strategic decision-making. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively across teams. Prior leadership experience and a proven track record in project management are preferred. A Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Science, Agricultural Education, or a closely related discipline is required.
