As a Planning Executive, your primary responsibility will involve the strategic coordination, meticulous planning, and continuous monitoring of assigned projects and maintenance initiatives.

Oversee and execute core duties encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and team leadership to drive organizational objectives forward. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment between departments to optimize workflow efficiency and productivity. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to uphold compliance, quality standards, and performance benchmarks. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed. Serve as a primary liaison with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and senior management, to foster transparent communication and cultivate enduring partnerships. Mentor and develop team members through targeted coaching, training initiatives, and performance evaluations to enhance skill sets and career growth.

Deliver high-quality project planning, coordination, and execution for all assigned initiatives with precision and efficiency.

Develop and oversee material requisitions essential to facilitate project implementation.

Prepare thorough project reports, documentation, and plans for clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness throughout the project lifecycle.

Deliver projects punctually while maintaining the highest quality and adherence to established standards.

Collaborate with clients to ascertain and articulate project requirements, scope, and objectives for both project implementation and ongoing maintenance execution.

Engage in on-site project implementation inspections as authorized by the Project Lead or Planning Supervisor.

Compile all required documentation pertaining to job completion for accounting and financial reporting requirements.

Complete any duties or assignments as directed by the Project Lead or Supervisor, including but not limited to ad hoc projects or supplementary responsibilities.

Consistently comply with all occupational health and safety (OHS) policies and guidelines established by the company.

Collaborate with the OHS Coordinator to support investigations into reported incidents, including near-misses and accidents.

Candidates must fulfill the following prerequisites to be considered for this role: a minimum of five years of experience in a relevant field, along with a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, as is the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Additionally, prior experience in project leadership or team coordination is highly desirable.

A Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in any field is required.

A minimum of one year of relevant professional experience is required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a prerequisite for applicants.

Exceptional ability to effectively interact and communicate with diverse individuals and groups.

Effective project execution and meticulous organizational abilities are essential for this role.

Possessing a strong understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) principles would be beneficial.
