Description
Conduct regular inspections and perform preventive maintenance on field instruments and control devices.
Responsible for the upkeep of sensors, transmitters, analyzers, gauges, and control valves.
Maintain the precise and consistent operation of all instruments.
Calibration duties involve precision adjustments to various instruments, including flow meters, pressure transmitters, level sensors, pH meters, turbidity analyzers, chlorine analyzers, and conductivity meters, ensuring accurate and reliable performance.
Ensure instruments consistently adhere to required accuracy standards by maintaining detailed calibration records.
Identify malfunctions within instrumentation and control systems to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
Inspect, troubleshoot, and restore faulty equipment, including instruments, signal cables, and control components, or install replacements as necessary.
Provide prompt restoration of plant operations in the event of breakdowns to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
Provide support for the upkeep and operation of PLC panels, SCADA systems, and associated control circuits.
Examine input/(I/O) signals and verify field wiring connections to ensure proper functionality and adherence to specifications.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams throughout system modifications and upgrades to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
