Must have at least 5 years of experience in project management. Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field required; a Master’s degree is highly desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software, such as Asana or Trello, is essential. Strong communication and leadership skills are necessary to coordinate teams and stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines is critical. Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks is preferred. Familiarity with budgeting and financial tracking is a must. Must be detail-oriented with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
A relevant technical field degree (B.Sc./HND) is required, with professional certification considered advantageous.
