Summary

We’re looking for a dynamic and technologically adept Social Media Manager to oversee and expand our team’s digital footprint across all social platforms.

Oversee and execute critical duties encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and team leadership to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to enhance productivity and maintain high standards of quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, optimize workflows, and resolve complex challenges. Monitor departmental budgets, allocate resources effectively, and report on financial performance to stakeholders. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development among staff. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, legal requirements, and ethical standards while promoting a safe and inclusive work environment.

Craft and implement a comprehensive social media content strategy spanning multiple platforms, including Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant channels.

Develop, organize, and disseminate compelling content across various formats, including graphics, videos, and written materials.

Monitor incoming comments, messages, and social media mentions, actively participating in conversations with the digital audience to foster engagement and strengthen community relations.

Monitor and evaluate social media performance metrics while documenting key insights and progress to provide comprehensive reports.

Work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns and activations.

Stay informed about the latest developments in social media and incorporate emerging trends into your strategies with a fresh and innovative approach.

Seeking a detail-oriented candidate with at least three years of experience in project management, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. The ideal applicant must hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, demonstrate problem-solving abilities, and exhibit a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include coordinating project timelines, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience with CRM software are advantageous. Must possess exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or an equivalent discipline is required.

Possesses a minimum of two to three years of hands-on experience overseeing social media accounts, whether for a brand or within an agency setting.

Proven expertise in utilizing content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Cap Cut, among others, is essential.

Exceptional proficiency in crafting compelling written content and a keen sense of visual design are essential for this role.

Proficiency in social media analytics platforms and content scheduling software is required.

A well-curated portfolio of managed accounts can provide a significant competitive edge.
