NECK is actively seeking qualified Examination Supervisors to uphold the integrity and transparency of national examinations, specifically NEE, BEE, SSC, and NGE, across all states. This temporary, examination-specific role is available to individuals holding diplomas or degrees from any educational background.

Oversee and manage the daily operations to ensure alignment with organizational objectives, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive project milestones and deliverables. Develop and implement strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, productivity, and process improvements across departments. Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous growth. Monitor performance metrics and key indicators to assess progress, identifying areas for optimization and implementing corrective actions as needed. Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and best practices while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and alignment on priorities, expectations, and deliverables.

Supervise examination processes at designated centers to ensure adherence to established protocols and standards.

Ensure strict adherence to all examination rules and regulations throughout the testing process.

Ensure the confidentiality, protection, and authenticity of all examination materials at all times. Safeguard sensitive information against unauthorized access, tampering, or disclosure to maintain the integrity of the assessment process.

Collaborate effectively with invigilators and key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of assigned tasks.

Notify management immediately of any incidents or irregularities observed to ensure timely intervention and resolution.

The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines. Proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling is required, along with a solid understanding of accounting principles. Excellent communication skills are essential for presenting findings and collaborating with cross-functional teams. A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field is mandatory, and prior experience in a similar role is highly preferred. Familiarity with industry-standard software, such as Excel, SQL, or ERP systems, is a key qualification. The candidate should also demonstrate problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning.

A Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc. or equivalent), National Diploma (ND), Higher National Diploma (HND), or National Certificate of Education (NCE) is required.
