Summary
We’re in search of a dynamic and tech-proficient Social Media Manager to oversee and expand our team’s digital footprint across various social media channels.
Oversee and execute a range of critical duties, including managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring deliverables meet established standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to align objectives and resolve operational challenges efficiently. Monitor progress through regular assessments, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed. Maintain clear communication channels to keep all parties informed of developments and requirements. Additionally, contribute to strategic planning initiatives to support organizational goals and enhance overall productivity.
Craft and implement a comprehensive social media content strategy tailored for diverse platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, and TikTok.
Craft compelling content encompassing graphics, videos, and written material, ensuring it is developed, planned, and distributed in a timely manner to maximize audience engagement.
Monitor all incoming comments, messages, and social media mentions, ensuring timely and professional interactions with the online community to foster engagement and maintain a positive brand presence.
Monitor and document key performance indicators related to social media activities while providing regular updates on growth trends and engagement metrics.
Partner with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns and activations.
Stay abreast of the latest developments in social media and leverage emerging trends to enhance creative strategies.
We seek a highly motivated individual with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least three years of hands-on experience in [specific field or role]. Proficiency in [specific software, tools, or languages] is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are required to collaborate effectively across departments.
