Responsibilties
Oversee the organization and maintenance of all branch documentation, such as sales transactions, delivery notes, invoices, and receipts.
Ensure the integrity and precision of customer databases as well as sales registers through regular monitoring and upkeep.
Verify the accurate preparation, issuance, and filing of all customer invoices, receipts, and delivery documentation.
Compile and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for the Branch Operations Manager, ensuring timely submission and accurate data compilation.
Oversee daily cash transactions and Point-of-Sale (POS) system operations.
Collaborate with the finance department to facilitate bank deposits, manage petty cash, and process supplier payments.
Accurately maintain financial records pertinent to branch transactions.
Accurately maintain comprehensive inventory records for animal feeds, veterinary medications, nutritional supplements, and premix products.
Responsible for receiving, labeling, and systematically organizing stock within the warehouse or on display shelves.
Perform regular stock reconciliation and physical inventory counts to maintain precise inventory records.
Proactively monitor inventory levels to detect and communicate any shortages while coordinating with procurement teams or external suppliers to facilitate timely restocking.
Greet and assist walk-in and established customers by offering detailed information on premix products, animal feeds, veterinary drugs, and vaccines.
Offer expert recommendations regarding product availability and usage, providing guidance as needed to ensure optimal selection and application.
Handle customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining a commitment to timely service delivery.
Cultivate and sustain robust partnerships with agricultural producers, supply chain intermediaries, and corporate customers.
Address customer concerns with professionalism and discretion, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently or escalating more intricate matters to the Branch Manager for further review and resolution.
Collaborate with sales representatives and technical personnel to ensure effective customer follow-ups and accurate order fulfillment.
Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration among customers, the branch, and the warehouse to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
Ensure accurate documentation of product shelf life, batch tracking, and expiry management to maintain compliance and operational efficiency.
Maintain meticulously organized and readily accessible documentation to facilitate internal audits, inspections, and compliance evaluations.
Qualifications
Prospective applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree and have between one and three years of professional experience.
