Job Summary

The General Manager of Operations (GMO) is responsible for delivering strategic and operational leadership across all technical and business development functions of the company, which include engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services, manpower sourcing, and overall CNG retail operations.

This position manages the entire EPC project lifecycle, encompassing bid and tender preparation, execution, commissioning, and final handover, while coordinating and supplying personnel to facilitate upstream, midstream, and downstream oil and gas operations.

This position upholds technical excellence, ensures adherence to regulatory requirements, and drives commercial success.

Additionally, the General Manager oversees strategic initiatives that fuel expansion by utilizing specialized knowledge to secure new contracts, enhance client engagements, and broaden the company’s market footprint.

Oversee and execute critical tasks encompassing a wide range of operational and strategic duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Develop, implement, and monitor processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality across all assigned functions.
