Inventory Management: Responsible for the oversight of receiving, storing, and distributing ingredients, supplies, and equipment.
The role includes managing inventory with precision, monitoring stock consumption, and ensuring optimal stock levels at all times.
Receiving and verifying incoming deliveries of supplies and ingredients, ensuring they align with order specifications regarding quantity and quality. Examine goods for any signs of damage or discrepancies, and promptly notify suppliers or management of any issues identified.
Proper storage of ingredients and supplies is essential to preserve their quality and minimize spoilage. Organizing storage areas enhances accessibility and streamlines workflow efficiency. Additionally, all items should be systematically arranged by labeling designated sections for each product type.
Maintain meticulous and precise documentation of all stock transactions and returns. Ensure the inventory management systems are updated consistently and timely.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock, then generate and submit purchase orders as needed for replenishment.
