This position ensures the superior execution, efficiency, and oversight of all concrete-related projects, such as culverts, drainage structures, headwalls, aprons, and additional reinforced concrete components.
The ideal candidate will supervise concrete crews at the site and ensure all tasks are completed in strict accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and established QA/QC standards, covering reinforcement, formwork, concrete placement, testing, and curing procedures.
Requirements:
We are seeking candidates with an Ordinary National Diploma (OND), a Technical Certificate, or a City & Guilds qualification in Civil or Structural Engineering to join our team.
With a minimum of seven years of hands-on leadership experience, you will have overseen concrete operations as a Foreman on civil or road construction initiatives.
Experienced in executing reinforced concrete projects, including culverts, drainage systems, and structural concrete, with a proven track record of hands-on involvement.
Professional rewrite:
Familiarity with formwork installation, reinforcement bar fixing, slump testing, cube sampling, and curing methods is required.
Proficiency in interpreting structural drawings and overseeing site concrete crews of ten or more workers is required.
