We are in search of a seasoned HR/Admin Executive to bolster our organization and deliver critical assistance to our Human Resources department.

As part of this position, you will be responsible for executing a diverse range of administrative duties, such as maintaining and updating employee records, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interview schedules. Additionally, you will draft proposals and oversee payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness in all financial transactions.

We are seeking a highly motivated professional who will fulfill the following duties and meet the outlined requirements. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations, and spearheading process improvements to enhance efficiency. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals, analyze performance metrics to inform strategic decisions, and maintain accurate records for auditing and reporting purposes. Additionally, this role may involve supervising staff, delegating tasks, and fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.

Revise, maintain, and enhance our internal database systems by accurately inputting and updating employee data such as contact information and completed employment documentation.

Collect and compile comprehensive payroll data, including employee leave records, working hours, and bank account information.

Screen resumes and application forms

Coordinate and finalize interview arrangements with candidates to ensure timely and efficient selection processes.

Responsibilities include publishing, modifying, and removing job advertisements across various platforms such as job boards, company career pages, and social media networks.

Prepare various HR reports upon request, including training budget allocations by department.

Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, including remaining vacation days.

Review company policies and ensure their distribution in both digital and physical formats to all relevant stakeholders.

Assist in the coordination and execution of corporate events and career fairs organized by the company.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development. Proficiency in multiple programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C++, is essential. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment are crucial. Experience with full-stack development, cloud services, and agile methodologies is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to effectively convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.

A Bachelor’s degree in Humanities, Development Studies, Business, International Relations, or a closely related discipline is required.

HR certification is beneficial for candidates possessing this qualification.

Seeking candidates with a minimum of three to five years of hands-on experience in the human resources field.

Proven expertise in writing, editing, and conducting in-depth research is required. Strong command of language and meticulous attention to detail are essential for effectively fulfilling the role’s demands.

Proficient in utilizing various computer applications and systems with a high degree of competence. Demonstrates expertise in navigating software, managing data, and troubleshooting technical issues efficiently. Possesses the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and tools, ensuring seamless integration into existing workflows.

Demonstrates strong self-management skills while consistently producing meticulous, deadline-driven deliverables.

The position demands a high degree of professionalism, ethical conduct, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and sound judgment.
