The chosen candidate must independently create premium men’s apparel with exceptional precision and care.
Monitor and oversee the day-to-day activities of teams to ensure adherence to company policies, performance standards, and operational protocols, fostering an environment of accountability and efficiency. Implement and enforce compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal guidelines, while mitigating risks through proactive monitoring and corrective actions. Develop and lead performance management initiatives, including regular evaluations, feedback sessions, and coaching to enhance employee productivity and professional growth. Coordinate cross-functional projects, aligning them with strategic objectives and facilitating seamless collaboration among departments. Oversee budget planning, resource allocation, and financial reporting maintaining fiscal responsibility and optimize operational expenditures.
Create innovative clothing designs, progressing from initial concept through to final production stages.
Produce comprehensive and precise sketches specifically for manufacturing processes.
Perform comprehensive market research to identify and analyze prevailing trends, color palettes, fabric innovations, and emerging techniques.
Deliver completed garments punctually and efficiently to maintain workflow and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities include supervising fitting sessions and executing essential modifications to patterns as required.
Seeking a candidate with a minimum of five years of experience in [specific field/industry], complemented by a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline. Accomplished proficiency in freehand sketching techniques is required.
Demonstrated capacity to operate efficiently within rigorous time constraints while successfully juggling several concurrent projects.

Demonstrates exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, along with a customer-focused approach when engaging with clients.
